Janet Dayawon

Inducted into the 2016 Regional Business Council’s Leadership 100, Janet Dayawon enjoys strengthening the St. Louis region by serving as a leader of various community groups including the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, the Young Asian-American Professionals Association, and more recently, with the Organization of Chinese Americans – St. Louis Chapter. Over the last few years, she served as a Teen Counselor at the St. Louis Chinese Gospel Church, and over the course of her life, have always partnered with nonprofits that address poverty, mental illness, under and unemployment, and disabilities. After graduating with an MBA on a merit scholarship at Barry University in Miami, Florida, Enterprise Holdings promoted her back to St. Louis in 2008 to serve as a Revenue Manager providing and implementing pricing and fleet strategy for over 12 airport car rental markets. Since then, she has provided digital marketing and business analysis expertise to small and large businesses in the area including Edward Jones, Monsanto, New Balance, PolyOne, Silgan Plastics, and more recently, with Creative Anvil. On her busy days, she works on projects as an independent Digital Marketing Consultant, and during her spare time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends, bargain hunting, refining her Chinese and French, and spending as much time as possible with her family especially her husband and 4 year old son who is excited to become a big brother soon.
