MAAP cultivates the next generation of Asian American/Pacific Islander professional leaders through mentoring, skills building, and networking. The program pairs professionals with experienced leaders. As part of the mentoring process, participants will create a personal strategic plan, allowing them to identify ways to achieve their professional and person-al goals. The program is open to every-one, regardless of ethnicity.

The program is free for OCA members, UPS employees and mentors. For non-members , the program cost is $40, which includes program materials, workshops and 1-year OCA membership.
